Artist's Comments

Mystic Topaz is one of those trade names for clear topaz that has been coated with something (not sure what) to give it a new, different color. It can take on so many, many hues...but it's a fun stone to play with when you find some.

This one was actually not a first-quality rock. It was native-cut and it actually has a scooped-in edge along the top of the pavilion, which was quite strange. But it was a nice challenge to show that it could be made into this lovely little creation.

We are not primarily put upon this earth to see through one another, but to see one another through!

Very nice...both the stone and wire work are gorgeous and together they make a lovely pendant :)

I really like what you did with this one - taking a lesser stone and showcasing it in a stellar setting. What does it for me is the heavily layered wire. Nice contrast to the stone. :)
